The Last Supper

This Do in Remembrance of Me

On the night of the Last Supper, Jesus Christ gathered with His disciples for one final meal before His suffering began. He knew what was coming. He knew betrayal, sorrow, and sacrifice were near, yet He chose to spend these sacred moments teaching, loving, and preparing those who followed Him. He took bread and blessed it, and He took the cup and gave thanks, asking His disciples to remember Him (Luke 22:19–20). In that quiet upper room, the Savior gave them more than a meal—He gave them a way to keep Him in their hearts.

The Last Supper reminds us that Jesus Christ meets us in holy, ordinary moments. Around a table, in the middle of a meal, He offered peace, covenant, and love. He knew His disciples were imperfect. He knew they would soon feel fear and confusion. Still, He loved them fully. That same love reaches us today. In our own lives, the Savior invites us to remember Him, trust Him, and draw near to Him, even when we feel weak or unsure.

As you continue this Easter journey, let this moment remind you that Jesus Christ prepares a place for us in His love. He is patient, personal, and present. Just as this geocache was set aside for you to find, the Savior has left reminders of His grace along your path. He wants to be remembered not only in grand moments, but in daily life—in our homes, around our tables, and within our hearts.
